This element is a special static mixer which increase the speed of the particles to disperse all the component and to increase their efficacy just before the mix of Isocyanate and Polyol.
Placed on the high pressure Polyol circuit in closer of the mixing head, this element allows to scatter elements such as the activators, the air of nucleation and the pentane, of this fact it returns more reagent elements. It is an element simple to operate, it does not require regulations and is indispensable on all production lines wishing an optimal foam quality, especially for PIR.
